In the United States, Tanna Jackson founded Care South Solutions with a simple belief, that care shouldn't stop at a border. In Kenya, Jihan Shariff has spent years building real change inside Maasai communities. Together, they're raising a facility where children with disabilities in Kajiado can receive the therapy and support they need, free of charge, close to home.

What We're Building
A place where every child can heal.
Many Maasai children with disabilities in Kajiado can't access therapy, not because the equipment doesn't exist, but because there is nowhere local for them to go. We are changing that. With land identified, partners committed, and the first wheelchairs already in the hands of children who need them, this facility will be the first of its kind in the community.
